Faculty Performance Evaluation

Abstract
Some good qualities of a teacher are sincere, devoted, loyal and willing to perform even beyond the call of duty on the performance of his responsibilities.
The research entitled “Faculty Performance Evaluation 2014 aimed to evaluate the faculty performance based on the questionnaires formulated for National Budget Circular (NBC) No. 461 on the following criteria: a) commitment, b) knowledge on the subject matter c) teaching for independent learning d) management of learning.
The study is descriptive where in it uses questionnaire to gather data on the perception of the respondents how they appraised their instructors during the learning activities. Based on the data gathered, the instructors are improving in their commitment; so with the knowledge of subject matter; teaching for independent learning; and management learning as well.
With this, the researcher found out that that the results of the evaluation particularly in the four areas as stated above got an adjectival rating of very satisfactory as compared to calendar year evaluation of 2013.
