Ventossa Body Massaging using a Lighter

Abstract
Ventosa body massaging is a way to relieve stress. It is a procedure wherein the cold mass nodules accumulated due to stress is being pulled out with the use of a drinking glass with a flame inside.
The project study entitled “Ventosa Massage Using Lighter” aimed to design a new technique for ventosa body massage; test the efficiency of the new technique in ventosa body massage using a lighter; and enhance body massage procedure.
The study is a descriptive type and uses questionnaire to gather data on the perceptions of respondent on its convenience. The locale of the study is Lupon School of Fisheries. Based on the data gathered, the procedure is commendable. With this, the proponent strongly recommends that the study be subject for those who study massage therapy. Further study should be conducted to improve its capabilities.
