PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:
- Equip learners with the skills, knowledge, and attitude needed to achieve at least an 100% certification rating in the National Competency Assessment for Cookery NC II
- Support students in researching and presenting innovative, sustainable culinary practices using local ingredients.
PROGRAM GOALS:
- Within six months of graduation, at least 85% of Cookery NC II graduates will secure employment or internships in the culinary industry within Davao Oriental or other parts of the Philippines.
- Every academic year, the Cookery NC II training modules and teaching materials will be updated to include relevant Industrial Revolution technologies, modern culinary tools, and new trends culinary practices both local and international.
