Goals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. To provide skills training in different food preparation as indicated in Food Processing NC II Training Regulation;<\/li>
  2. To produce competitive fish\/meat, fruit and vegetable processor equipped with positive work values, knowledge and skills relevant to the workplace.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. To turn out 90% certified graduates<\/li>
    2. Provide opportunities of employment to at least 75% of the graduates; and<\/li>
    3. Formulate new processed food products through research and experimentation<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
